Shopify processes your shopping basket, checkout and order information. Our store privacy policy explains how customer information is handled. This page adds information about advertising measurement on this website.

Facebook and Instagram measurement

Where permitted, the Meta Pixel shares website page views, meal views, successful basket additions and checkout starts with Meta Platforms for advertising measurement and ad optimization. Meta may receive the page URL, browser and device information, IP address, cookie identifiers, product identifiers, quantities, prices and currency.

We do not include enquiry text, delivery instructions, email addresses or phone numbers in these events, and do not add customer matching. We do not send these events on our NDIS, subsidised-meal or contact pages. A checkout start is not a completed purchase; completed-order tracking is handled separately through Shopify when configured.

Our selected no-banner approach blocks this advertising tracking in consent-required regions and when your region cannot be determined. Elsewhere it follows applicable privacy opt-outs, including supported browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Location is determined using a same-origin country lookup, not precise location.

Your choices

You can withdraw permission for website advertising tracking using Cookie settings in the footer. Your browser stores your preference, when it changed and the notice version. Opening settings does not change your choice; changes apply immediately across open tabs. Blocked events are not sent later. Shopify checkout has its own privacy controls.

Visitor analytics

Google Analytics is used separately to understand visits and page navigation. Advertising preferences here control Meta measurement, not essential shopping features or Google Analytics.
