Ordering
Is there a minimum order?
Delivery requires a minimum order of $175. Local pickup is free, with no minimum order.
How do I place an order?
Add meals to your basket, choose delivery or local pickup, then select the matching option and complete payment through our secure Shopify checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I change my order?
Contact our kitchen with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll confirm what can be arranged; changes are not guaranteed.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Free delivery within 30km of our kitchen at 91 Riley St, Darlinghurst, with a $175 minimum order. Checkout confirms coverage for your address.
When do you deliver?
Eastern Suburbs: Tuesday and Thursday. Northern Suburbs: Wednesday. Inner West and Western Suburbs: Friday. Order at least 48 hours before your delivery day. Preferred times are requests, not guaranteed slots.
Can I collect my order?
Local pickup is free, with no minimum order, from 91 Riley St, Darlinghurst.
Our Meals
Are your meals kosher?
Yes. Our meals are prepared in our kosher kitchen in the Lewis Continental Kitchen tradition.
How should I store my meals?
Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Consume within 3 days of defrosting.
Where can I find nutrition and allergen information?
Each meal page shows calories, protein, carbs and fat, plus the ingredient and allergen details. Contact us if you have a specific allergy question.
Do you offer NDIS or aged care meals?
